Orders are generally shipped within 48 business hours after payment has been received. Shipping is carried out via the selected carrier, with a tracking number, and delivery is made without signature. For some carriers, an option with delivery against signature is also available. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, an online tracking link will be provided.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and transportation. Preparation fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel and/or the total order amount. We recommend grouping all items into a single order. Orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each order.
Your parcel is shipped at your own risk; however, special care is taken with fragile items. Packaging dimensions are appropriate, and products are carefully protected.
Before finalizing your order, you will be able to choose from several delivery options and view the estimated delivery times based on the delivery address. Orders are shipped from a designated warehouse; if some items come from other warehouses within our global network, they will be shipped via standard delivery. You will only be charged once, even if items come from different warehouses.
We make every effort to meet the announced delivery times, but delays may occasionally occur (carrier services, logistical constraints, weather conditions). In such cases, you will be informed and will be able to track your parcel.
