Individual customers:
To place an order on our website, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or the legal age required in your country);
- Use a valid and authorized debit or credit card;
- Be legally authorized to use the selected payment method.
Accuracy of account information:
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases made on our website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Directive 2011/83/EU, and applicable US state laws).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data in compliance with privacy regulations.
When you purchase a HIGHKEEK product, you carry out a direct transaction with KOMBART EI.
When you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email.
We only accept your order once payment has been approved (the contract is established on the basis of these terms).
All orders are confirmed subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. Don't panic, if there's a problem with your order, we'll let you know.
KOMBART EI retains full and complete ownership of products sold until the price is paid.
KOMBART EI may refuse or cancel an order or permanently or temporarily close an account (even after confirming an order) – in particular if something unusual with an order or account activities is noticed or if your order includes too many of a product that cannot be purchased in multiple copies. If your account has been blocked and you believe we have made an error, don't hesitate to contact our customer service and we will be happy to help.
All product descriptions and product prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to stop offering a product at any time. Any offer of service or product presented on this site is null where prohibited by law.
We have done our best to display as clearly as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer screen's display of colors will be accurate.
There may sometimes be errors in prices and product descriptions. If we discover that a product you have ordered has an error, we will notify you as soon as possible and let you choose to reconfirm your order (at the correct price) or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, we will consider your order cancelled.
If you cancel and have already paid, we will refund you in full.
Depending on your order amount, the shipping method, or the address you choose, shipping costs may also be charged to you (see below). These additional fees will be clearly indicated during the payment process and will be included in the "Total Price".
Before finalizing your order, you will have the choice between different delivery options, and you will be able to see the estimated delivery dates based on your delivery address.
Orders are generally shipped to your delivery address from a designated warehouse. If part of your order is shipped from one of our other warehouses in our global network, that part of your order will be shipped by standard delivery.
You will be able to see the estimated delivery date on the payment page. You will only be charged once for all your items, even if they come from different warehouses in our global network.
We do everything possible to meet delivery dates, but delays may occur, for example due to delays by postal services or carriers, logistics or weather conditions. We will keep you informed, and you should be able to track your package.
For any delivery issues, please inform us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date and we will do everything we can to help you.
Legal Right of Withdrawal within 14 days:
In accordance with your legal rights, you can cancel your order within 14 days following its delivery/availability for collection, by completing the withdrawal form below. Please send it back to us by email to office@highkeek.com. You do not need to provide a reason for this return unless we receive your form after the legal withdrawal period has expired. If your request reaches us within 14 days, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the return procedure and you must return the products to KOMBART within the specified timeframes. Return costs are your responsibility.
If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, we will fully refund the cost of the items purchased. If your item is incorrect or defective, we will refund the full delivery charges (regardless of the chosen delivery method). If you return only part of your order, we will not refund the delivery charges.
We make every effort to ensure you receive your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
We do everything possible to have you refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return Conditions:
All returned items are subject to compliance with the conditions listed in this section.
- All returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging as much as possible, including labels.
- All returned items are inspected in the warehouse. Of course, you can try the items you ordered as you would in a store, but please do not wear or use them. When trying on a garment, be careful not to apply excessive force and do not wear makeup, perfume, deodorant or other items as they leave marks and odors on the clothing.
If the item you return to us has been worn, used, damaged, or unprotected, or if any of the above instructions have not been followed, we cannot refund you and we will have to return it. In this case, return shipping costs will be charged to you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to account for the value of the item in question.
And once the timeframes are exceeded?
We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the corresponding return timeframe above. If you attempt to make a return, we may be forced to send it back to you and ask you to cover the shipping costs.
Proof of Shipment:

Defective and Incorrect Items:
You can continue to make free returns for defective products or for which we sent you a product you did not order. If you have received an incorrect item or if your item has a defect, please contact our customer service team and send them a photo of the defective item. If we determine that the item is the correct item you ordered or has no defect (if applicable), we reserve the right to return it to you and charge you return costs.
Suspicious Activity:
When we discover fraudulent activity, including, but not limited to, any claim that an order was not delivered or an item is missing, orders delivered and then returned excessively, or when we have refused several returns from a customer, or if we determine that they are returning items worn/that do not match those they claim to have ordered, we may be forced not to refund returns and to deactivate their account and all associated accounts.
If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, please refer to the account closure email we sent you. You will find all the information needed to make a valid return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Any return will be processed normally once it reaches our warehouse.
Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action against the customer who would return items they did not order.
We know it's obvious but you must not misuse or alter our website (e.g., hacking, introducing viruses, Trojan horses, logic bombs or any other technologically dangerous material or conducting denial of service attacks, etc.) or otherwise disrupt our technology or features or steal our data, or our customers' data. These acts may constitute a criminal offense and they also prevent us from offering the best service to our customers. That's why we take them very seriously. KOMBART EI will report any such violation or activity (and all information concerning the persons committing them) to the competent authorities responsible for law enforcement.
We advise you to use antivirus software when using an internet site, including ours. Even though we have a dedicated team working hard to prevent people from causing damage to our Site, we cannot guarantee that it will always be protected from bugs, viruses or malicious persons.
And you are not allowed to use automated systems or software to extract data from our Site (in other words "screen scraping").
